Robin Cavallaro earns the use of the word "Professional" in her title "Real Estate Professional". She used her extensive self-taught knowledge of the social media tools available today to market our home. Robin's creativity was exhibited by her use of a blogging tool to provide prospective buyers with a written narrative describing the character of our home and its natural surroundings in such a way that when coupled with the photos of our home, a prospective buyer could get an in-depth feel for what they would truly experience during a walk-through of our home. Robin Cavallaro responded promptly to any questions we had during the process of selling our home. She assisted us in understanding all of the documents we had to review and sign, and made them easily available to us online by using a tool called "dotloop". This saved my wife and I much valuable time. In fact, we never had to drive to her office to sign or deliver any document. Robin helped alleviate so much of our stress during the process of selling our house by guiding us through the entire process with an attention to every detail. We highly recommend Robin Cavallaro to anyone wanting to either sell or buy a home. You will not be disappointed. It is easy to see that Robin loves what she does, and her knowledge, character and integrity are a delight to experience during a process that is never easy for a seller or a buyer.

Robin is a 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!! Our search was long distance, but Robin made us feel like she was right around the corner. We were looking to move back to Maryland, from Georgia, but only for the right home. And without Robin, we may still be searching today. Robin HUSTLED! She drove all over the state, as we cast a wide net of locations -- from Annapolis to Ellicott City, as far North as Monkton. She Face-timed all the showings, set up home alerts and was very attentive to communications. If she had other commitments, she alerted us, and never left us hanging. The search was more about the house and land for us. We had some important specifics on garage space, land and upgrades. When we found what we wanted, Robin has educated and experienced advice to give. She helped us craft thoughtful and competitive offers in this crazy pandemic market. And she works well with other selling realtors. We didn't meet Robin in-person until the after our offer was accepted, for the inspection. It was like seeing a friend you hadn't seen in a while. She was very communicative with us as to the status of our listing when my mother and I had to leave town. I had an excellent experience as a buyer working with Robin; she is an extremely knowledgeable experienced professional, and the few times I did not take her advice I regretted it, which leads me to her amazing patience and kindness! Robin is extremely hard working and devoted to helping her clients find their perfect home. I never felt pressured working with Robin, and on the contrary, there were regular times where she was pointing out to me items of concern when viewing a home. My home search was challenging because I was looking for something specific in a certain area (initially long distance), and in the end, the process took quite a bit of time. Robin's cheerful demeanor, patience, kindness, outstanding communication skills, diligence, negotiation skills and good sound advice are just some of her positive qualities!
